ILB D533 ‘Peter Cornish’ launched at 1545 hrs to carry out an inshore search between Selsey Bill and Pagham Harbour for a possible female suicide victim. At approximately 1610 hrs the casualty was found safe ashore by the local police. At this time the ILB was released to return to station arriving back at 1618 hrs, rehousing straight away and was made ready for service at 1640 hrs.
